While providing the entire scope of tracking features that are found in competitive programs, SURE-TRACK’s program takes service to a whole new level. We dedicate one or more of our trained and knowledgeable Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to act as your agent in achieving insurance compliance. Your CSR takes a proactive approach in dealing with your subs, lessees, tenants, vendors, and their insurance agents and carrier representatives to secure the level and type of coverage or endorsement you require. In cases where the requested coverage is not provided, your CSR provides a factual analysis of the situation that allows you to make the appropriate business decision.

SURE-TRACK receives and processes the data, scans the documents, prepares reports and sends out letters of non-compliance and pending expiration. Most importantly, it takes on the job of following up on deficiencies, evaluating the affect of shortcomings, contacting the subcontractors, vendors, tenants, agents and representatives which would otherwise fall on your staff.

The standard service model includes the following features:

• A variety of standard reports are available reflecting status from all organizational aspects.
• Imaging of all documentation is attached to on-line vendor files for immediate retrieval.
• Fee structure can based on either the actual number of subs/vendors currently working monthly, or on a per project basis for standalone projects or programs.
